Upcoming Improvements to the Building:
- A bridge will be built from the Municipal Garage (500 car capacity) directly into the back of the Johnsonia Building. This will allow residents to walk from their vehicle directly into the Johnsonia Building without having to walk on Main Street. The Bridge is scheduled to be complete by the end of fall of '07. The concrete foundation has already been poured, the windows have been removed and the entrance door is ready to be installed. The bridge is already being fabricated and almost complete.
- All the common areas, including the front foyer, stairs and halls will be updated. The light fixtures will be new.
- Tanning Booth in Fitness Center.
