For a limited time, you can take advantage of “The Johnsonia Rent to Own Program.” If you decide to move to The Johnsonia Building as a renter, we will credit you up to six months in rent towards your down payments. So, if your rent is $1,000 a month and you have lived in the building for 6 months, then you will receive a $6,000 credit towards the purchase of your new condo. 5% Back Program
Most banks require buyers to put at least 5% down payment towards the purchase of their new home or condo. By putting down at least 5%, you get the best rates (Subject to Your credit score and income). Besides the 5% down payment Johnsonia credit, you also need monies for closings cost which are around $3,000 to $3,500.

At the Johnsonia Building, for a limited time only, if you don’t have a Real Estate Broker and you are not purchasing one of our condos listed with a Real Estate broker, we will give you a Credit of up to 5% back at closing! So if you purchase a two bedroom condo at $189,900 you will receive a credit in the amount of $9,495!! Simply show up at your closing with your closing cost (Around $3,000 to $3,500) and you can purchase your new home at The Johnsonia Building!
